Hotels and Apartments in Poland
Poland's tourism
infrastructure has come along in leaps and bounds
over the last ten years to such an extent that it is
arguably more advanced then the UK's tourism market.
Further north, the coastal towns of Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia also offer luxury hotels. The Grand Hotel in Sopot is located right on the beachfront and comes with a fine pedigree having hosted many of the world's VIP's from Charles De Gaulle to Fidel Castro. There's a great choice of holiday apartments in the region at very affordable prices. The Tri City area is also popular for spa breaks and there are a number of upmarket hotels & spas offering virtually any kind of treatment you are after. The unspoilt natural beauty of Poland provides a backdrop for another type of accommodation that's become very popular and that is agrotourism. Although the definition of agrotourism can be very broad in Poland it typically means a house or chalet in the countryside or next to a lake with rivers and forests close by. In it's truest sense it also means a stay at a working farm where you can milk the cows, collect fresh eggs in the morning and also go horseriding. |
